oatmeal cookies drawing

Melissa J. Taylor's Oatmeal Cookies

1 banana
1/2 cup instant oats
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove and discard banana peel. Cream banana in a
blender.

Pour banana cream into a bowl. Stir in the oats. Add
water. Mix. Add raisins. Stir.

Drop by tablespoon onto a cookie sheet. Reshape
slightly if desired.

Bake 12 minutes. Let cool completely on cookie sheet.

Makes half a dozen oatmeal cookies
